just found this plugin testing a reported bug in T2 & would just like to say

"i folking love it"

thanx for such a good FREE vst eq (its alot better than alot of non free eq's out there)

Can someone reiterate the Tracktion 2 bug for me so I don't have to dig through the thread? I just got my first problem with this plug last night when I opened some projects that use it in a "rack" (a Tracktion 2 plug chainer/router) along with several other effects and Superwave P8 and in two cases Posihfopit didn't load properly and produced no sound. I couldn't even put a new instance of the plug back in.

Anyone have this happen?

I'm having this happen and I've narrowed it down to conflict with Jamstix (I think). I will get the same symptons you describe but I will also get either a hard exit or a hard crash. I've left a message with the Jamstix people to look into but I haven't heard anything back. You might want to try each of your vsts individually and see which one is causing the conflict.

I guess the variing number of automatable parameters causes this kind of bugs. Unfortunatly i'm too busy with exams and the commercial version. But sooner or later this will be fixed.

It is mostly downward compatible except that if you upgrade from an older version 1.2.0 some filter type might be changed.

Bugs fixed:
* filter type parameter sometimes exceeded the limits of the VST specification (0..1)
* recall seting bug

Finally we found the bug with jamstix and posihfopit, although i havn't fixed it yet.

Hello.. I wanted to try this EQ, but unfortunately it does not work in SONAR with the Directixer wrapper. The GUI does not show, just the title bar. (it's possible that it will work with the VST adapter, but I refuse to use that piece of crap). Out of the several hundreds of VST plugins that I've used with SONAR/Directixer, only two has failed to work properly. And Posihfopit is one of them.

It works on Sonar4.01 and VST Adapter4.4.2 (which I ain't touching since it's stable!). Isn't there a switch or something in Directixer (properties for that plugin) you can set to get the gui to show?

ED: Click the "Alternative sizing" in Directixer and see if that doesn't work - I had the same problem you had till I did that!

Thanks Kylen! I found an option in Directixer called "Alternative Window Sizing Method" which could be set per-plugin. I checked it, and now the GUI works as it should.

what's up with the new one? it's not affecting the sound in tracktion and i can't adjust q with the wheel. it's my fault for using a beta HEAVILY in a song. what's up with the install? it's just a dll. after i installed it, tracktion asked for a key. it's a good thing i had it

T1 or 2? I got the latest version in T2 and it works fine.
