agree with the cook it yourself policy.. and never use pre-made sauces ... Mind you, all my attempts at shredded beef dishes have only ever ended in disaster... rather than turning crispy they seem to soak up the oil and turn into an oily soggy mess!

Though we have some really nice chinese and thai restraunts near me...

as for grape jelly.. I've never heard of that?

PHEW! I've just finished a marathon weekend to finish my Sept. contest song. Totally absorbed in it. I'm not 100% happy with it but when I was struggling over the mix and suddenly realized I could actually do 4 minutes of music (for some reason I thought the limit this month was 3 ) I just kind of said the heck with it. I had already found a reasonable ending and couldn't see doing 1 minute more on 13 instrument tracks. Don't know why I'm rambling about this here . . . I'll be back focused on Katrina Relief tomorrow. I haven't eaten anything but some bean & potato tacos since breakfast.

BTW . . . I'm into Japanese and Thai food. Sushi and spice. Think I'm a bit off Chinese for a while

I would like to upload a slightly revised version of my song (I've tried to tighten up the ending a bit).
If I upload , will the existing file be overwritten or will it need to be removed first?

Also, especially if any pre-mastering work has been done on the track, will a new version cause too much hassle?

Hey PAtrick!

If you try to upload it and don't get asked to "Overwrite?" the file, it means that you'l have to PM Koolkeys and tell him the EXACT name of the file to delete.

You should do this pronto so that TOTC doesn't waste a lot of time mastering the wrong song!
