It's been a while, but here's the new RAW instrument:

MEMBRANE WHISTLE
- sustains, 2x RoundRobin / Keyswitch
- staccato
- trills slow/fast
- phrases

This is a simple bamboo whistle, of which one hole is covered by a really thin layer of bamboo paper, called Dimo. These Dimo are often used on the Chinese Di Zi flute, that give it its characteristic sound. I found out this nasal sound with mostly odd harmonics can be obtained on whistles too, and so I sampled it.

Btw....maybe I'm just blind but I spend several minutes finding the "login". It would be helpful if you increased the size of that.

cool tune..weird use of processing..I guess he wanted it to sound like It was recorded in a kabuki house or something
