This are great news! Nice new GUI and some great new features! The vintage mode gives (I hope) some softer sound. This time I looking for a replacement of the WaveArts Bundle4 because there are other plugins this time which brings better results and listens smoother as the WaveArts plugins (eg. from Sonalksis, Voxengo, Elementalaudio and of course the UAD-plugins).
But I will give the new Plugins a try.
Btw, is there a chance to get mousewheel support?

Any chance the new MasterVerb 5 will be demoable before October 14?rpmartino wrote:2 down, 3 to go, FinalPlug 5 is now out:

TrackPlug 5 is next...
Sonic Flavours is running a group buy on the R66 and I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a reverb purchase soon.
I would love to be able to check out MasterVerb 5 before making a decision on R66. I've compared R66 with MasterVerb 4 and I am sorry to say that the R66 sounds far superior. I'm hoping MasterVerb 5 can match or surpass R66 in sound quality.
I do love Trackplug though, so I will likely be upgrading to version 5 when it is available.
Thanks,
Randy

We'll do our best, but it's impossible to say at this point... the GUI and DSP are both still in development, and TrackPlug is getting most of the focus now. I can promise that MV5 will be a significant step up from v4.randygo wrote:Any chance the new MasterVerb 5 will be demoable before October 14?

These plugs look great. I hope they sound as good.
The v4 demos on my pc have expired. Will I be able to demo the v5?

Yes, you'll be able to run the demos. From our perspective, the goal was to make the plug-ins look as good as they sound, and hopefully you'll agree.Left Headphone wrote:These plugs look great. I hope they sound as good.

I tested the new MultiDynamics 5 and the FinalPlug 5 (brickwall limiter) for mastering. I must say that this combination brings fantastic results!
Comparing to Vintage Warmer, with 30% knee and 70% mix the results are the same as with the adjusted "Wide and Punchy Mix" preset (vintage mode, medium knee).
With 100% mix at Vintage Warmer, the results are a bit more transparent with MultiDynamics.
Great work at WaveArts! I cannot wait if the TrackPlug, Masterverb comes out

Btw, are there feature-plans at WaveArts to release a separate compressor/equalizer?

We have discussed ideas for a linear phase EQ and a dedicated compressor, but no definitive plans yet. We are always open to feedback to help shape our future plans, so if there is a plug-in you need let us know.4damind wrote:Btw, are there feature-plans at WaveArts to release a separate compressor/equalizer?

The Power Suite looks to me like a really good solution for mixing/mastering plugs, but I wonder whether there will ever be some modulation-type effects, a high-end filter, or detailed delay plug?rpmartino wrote:We have discussed ideas for a linear phase EQ and a dedicated compressor, but no definitive plans yet. Hi everyone,
Thanks for all the positive feedback on our v5 plug-ins so far. TrackPlug is getting VERY close, but I also wanted to let you know we've simplified the upgrade/transition process a bit.
Basically you can pre-order a v5 bundle, and get the equivalent v4 bundle right away for free (this avoids the step of buying a v4 bundle, then upgrading again when v5 is released). Power Suite 5 and Power Couple 5 pre-orders are available now, and today or tomorrow we will add Power Trio (TrackPlug, MasterVerb, and FinalPlug).
In other words, you get two serial numbers, one to unlock the v4 and one to unlock the v5 plugs that have been released so far (if it's a part of that bundle).
