Yes, essentially it's just a gain control, but its max gain can be set [0dB, +3dB, +6dB], and there is an optional DCBlocker.

Right click on the slider for Setting the MaxGain [0dB, +3dB,+6dB], enabling the DCBlocker and for dB GainShortcuts.
There's a txt file in the zip now for quick reference before the proper manual is written
