PSP 608 MULTITAP DEMO BUG

So i downloaded the demo and installed the vst version and...it's missing from the plug-ins list. In the plug-in inspector it has it listed as missing so i have to tick the far left column for it to appear in the list so it now appears in the plu-ins list but simply wont load. I don't mean that it has an error but simply that when i select it nothing happens. I also tried the dx version and that at least appeared in the plud-ins list but upon trying to load it an error pop up appears telling that the plug-in can't be loaded but procedes to load a big grey box which would obviously be the plug-in. Any one else have any problems, im running cubase sx 3.1 by the way.
