as a partner to our other lyrics threads post here if you have an instrumental song written that needs some lyrics to go with it or some half-written words that need polishing or have an idea in mind and would like a lyricist to work with ...

Better "polish" your post title first.

It sounds as though you're soliciting lyrics for your own songs rather than offering to write them for other peoples' songs.

no this is for anyone who has a song they want anyone else to sing on

there is already a thread with lyrics,ie the sister thread.

suppose all we need is singers who dont sound like sting(sorry remco hehe)

If this thread isn't doing anything, then why is it still here? It would be difficult for anyone to send their songs around for other people to write lyrics for, so maybe this idea isn't practical.

its still here because i havent unstickied it ...

... and to say collaborating remotely on tracks isnt practical ??? ... once youve been here a while longer youll learn i guess ...
