Hey Guys
I just got the mix back from Kriminal of our track for Katrina Relief CD and have made an MP3.
If you want to listen and comment .... here it is:
http://www.manytone.com/music/Manytone- ... dicate.mp3
I had the Piano and Bass idea down ... Kriminal added some drums and wrote the Bridge and Intro. He also added a bit of Synth. I then wrote and recorded some Vox and then Kriminal added a Harmony Vox in the chorus and did the final mix.
Comments MORE than welcome.

Yeah, the vocals sit much better in the mix now.
And so they should -- great voice! Though many times in some songs I have placed my voice near instrument level for effect rather than have it upfront too much. But for your song, bringing it upfront improves the overall feel IMHO.
GREAT addition to the CD!

There is a lot of character in your voice; very distinctive. I was thinking, this is what it sounds like when a good metal singer fronts electronic music.

Hi, the track sounds really good, not the type of music I usually listen to, but obviously solid musicianship behind the material.
I would still take the vocals up a notch, a personal opinion of course. Also, the cicada-like sound at the beginning was a little too loud for my tastes. What is that sound, by the way?
Great good programming, too. Keep it up!

I like the new mix a lot better!!
Good stuff guys.
The sibilance in the vox is a tad too much me thinks. Also, the compression is pretty hard throughout. Nonetheless, these are minor bickerings. This track rocks!!!!
