It's just an opinion, doesn't differ in value from saying it would be cool. No more, no less.

I know, negative opinions are always hard to swallow - my intention was simply to point out that not everybody necessarily values BB designs.

That's fair enough. I love some of the BB plugin GUIs, others not so much.

That said, what don't you like about them? Too much colour, knobs too big, don't like the widget response, etc?

And to toine, glad you posted the waveform. After my first post I alomst did the same thing just because it was so cool looking.

And your opinion or anyone else's counts for what exactly?

damn, a taurus-clone plug from antti?
:-o  :o

(and BB skins are wow)

Shamann I'm not sure if I can reply to this without sounding as if I meant some harm towards Mully (who is a nice person and does not necessarily deserve too harsh critique from a crampy old PhotoShop fart like me)...

And it's not as if I hate them - I actually have to keep myself from commenting them further until I've checked everything available again before I open my sometimes too big mouth :)

... just checked the site, too bad there are no full GUI pictures, it means downloading them all (again!) and checking them out :D

The only reason i want a GUI is cos the default one in Orion means some of the knob names overlap a bit, so its hard to read. No big deal really....

In progress...
who is doing it?
i got in touch with mully from betabugsaudio recently and cause i saw your note on the site, i just asked him if he was interested doing it.. did he contact you?
would be cool.. a smex-plug with a bba-like-gui. :o ;)
Well, i haven't test it like a synth yet..but i believe the graphics part of this VSTI is the best i've seen in SynthEdit synths...try contact this guy if you haven't got a designer.. http://www.kvraudio.com/get/1471.html
It's more fun to compute..

as "in progress" means it is _in progress_, i doubt antti needs a designer any more ;)

I just discovered Taurus (beta) and... WOW!!! What can I say? :-o

Antti, I really appreciate your approach of trying to get it 100 % right at the basic building blocks. I love the huge bandwidth of your oscillators and filters.

I'm absolutely convinced that, if you started to make more complex synths or a really sought-after vintage device, you could wipe away most of those wannabe emulations on the market!

Cheers and keep up the good work!
