Sampletank 2L upgrade to 2.1 issue

I was part of the ST2L/SS2/Amplitube Group Buy. I was told that I could upgrade my 2L to 2XL at any time for $99. I was wondering if this upgrade would affect my 2.1 update. Do I get the update and sounds if I keep my 2L or do I have to upgrade to 2XL in order to get the update and new sounds? Also, where do I upgrade to 2XL if I am forced to? Thanks.

You'll get the ST 2.1 engine upgrade regardless. That's a freebie for everyone who has Sampletank 2 L or XL. The sound upgrade, the way I understand it is only for XL users.

harmony, thanks for the info. Now if I could just know for sure about the sounds update. SQUIDS? What will the sounds update consists of (how many patches?)
