Reverb and Delay are such general-use plug-ins that I don't think there will be any real 'dance'-oriented ones. Watch this thread for everyone's recommendations on reverb and delay plugs.

what is the price (dollars) of a PCM91?

Should be under $1000. If you are going for a Lex box though, I would suggest the PCM70 or 81 over the 91. The 70 sounds very thick, noticeably moreso than the 91. The 81 has some really nice effects combination possibilities, like 4-voice chorus into an echo into a plate verb, etc.
