100 ST2XL combis for download?

I just read a pdf document on how to install the FX presets that you can download from the user area on the IK site. At the end of the document it says to be sure and download the 100 free ST2XL combis.
Does anyone know where these are? I couldn't find them in the user area at the IK site.

Also, I would like some combis made by others if anyone wants to share.
