Hey fellas, I never bought Tracktion but constantly dabble in the demo. Those who use it will know how simple and graphically intuative using insert FX/VSTs on a track is. But can you, and if so how, send the signal to an effect channel? Is this concept simply handled some other way in Tracktion?

Cheers for any replies. :)

Yes. In many simple ways.
In T1 you can use Senderella, a wonderplug from ModuLR.
Or drop a rack on the track and connect the dots or:
In T2, there are 8 dedicated, well they seem pretty dedicated, but who knows about their long-term work ethic, Aux Sends and Returns.

Yes, it's very simple. Just to elaborate upon what mandolarian was saying, it's like this:

- You set up a track called, for example, "Vox Send", and put all the plug-ins that you want as part of a send channel. Say, as a basic send, a Reverb and EQ

- In each channel that you want to use this send, you drop an instance of the "send" plug-in, at whatever point in the sending track's fx chain you want to do the send.

- In the "Vox Send" track, you drop the "return" plug-in, in front of the plug-ins to which the signal will be sent.

Done.

Sorted boys. Aux Send and Return was staring me in the face the whole time. How could I have missed it? No matter. It all works now. No more having to use Reverb as an Insert on vox. Magic!!! Thank you very much.
