Sorry, but I am getting a bit impatient now. My account was debited on the 9th of September with the amount and a "thank yiou for your order" email. September has gone now and I still have not recieved anything - not even another "sorry we are trying" or a "your shipment is on the way" like I normally get from any company taking internet orders.

Please squids, I am used to service from you being better than average. Seems like something must have slipped slightly. :ud:

Of course we send that message out to everyone. I am not sure why you didn't receive the message and the product but have you tried contacting support@esoundz.com ? Please do and talk to Alex to have him look into it. He'll resolve it for you as quickly as possible. You can also email him direct: alex@esoundz.com or robert@esoundz.com who is the web director. We take good care of our customers. Something must have gone wrong and we didn't know about it. But, we'll fix it of course!
