I really love the CamelSpace effect plugin, but I was wondering if there are any other effect plugins similar to it? It seems very unique to me. I'm especially wondering if there is anything like it in Reaktor 5, because I am planning on purchasing that soon.

well, filterscape is almost similar, in that it has modulated filters. in filterscape there are two multimode filters, a modulated EQ and several stepsequencers and envelope followers to mangle the incoming audio. it also has a delay line and chorus effect i believe. they're very different tho, and camelSpace does a whole different load of stuff to destroy and enhance your audio.
what's wrong with camelspace? why don't you get that? why do you want something like it? get it now!! it's really cheap still in the group buy!! if you don't you'll regret it!

Kick, punch, it's all in the mind.

Er...
Logic Users Group buy. But I thought signups ended on the 28th.
Of course...
Not all deadlines are hard and fast.
The price was 47.60.
I had to snag it and phat3 at the same time.

here. it's down to $47.60, or less than £30 if you're in the uk. the group buy is listed as ending a few days ago, but it's still open if you're quick as there were a few little problems. it really won't be there for long so if you're thinking about it now is definitely the time.
personally, i bought both space AND phat, as they're both indispensible

antares filter is kinda similar to camelspace. you can put some sound in it and get something really cool out. and it comes with a ton of presets.

Look out for the ShapeShifter plug-in that's coming out soonish. It has a sequenced waveshaper and various effects linked to the track's tempo which allows you mess up your sounds and create interesting rhymthmic effects.
Its similar in the sense that its the kind of plug that you can throw some plain sound into it and get something cool out.
