Eminem (by far), Robbie Williams, Coldplay, Radiohead, almost all of the today's MTV stuff (especially the stuff that they label as rock). U2 in the last 10 or 15 years.

I disagree on the Stevie Ray Vaughan nomination... I think his stuff is absolutely awesome. Then again I'm not a guitarist, and when I listen to "axe heroes" I can't always tell what is genuinely innovative, technically demanding, etc.
