I'm using ProTools LE 6.9 with the fxpansion vst/rtas wrapper. I'm looking for a simple vst sidechain compressor that will allow me to duck the bass guitar when the kick drum hits. The few that I found look like they won't work in this format. Anybody using anything like this?

I'll try the crunchessor demo, thanks.
I tried the slim slider or whatever that's called. Not sure it works properly with ProTools and the vst wrapper. I'll try again, maybe I just didn't figure out how to use it.

Also Compadre BeatPuncher does the trick if vst/rtas wrapper accepts it.
Same price as Crunchessor.

Another interesting way to try out:
Elevayta SpaceBoy
It's not a sidechain compressor, but could help you to seperate kick drum from bass very easily.
