showed it to Ben installed on thier show receptor at a NAMM show before the real version of CS was released..sorry ben!!
I was a bit suprised when one of the Muse guys said to me 'really love the new multi-effect'. I was like - what multi-effect? It did come as a bit of a suprise when they showed it to me on their demo machine  No harm done.
And having a smaller number of big buttons that make an immediate sonic difference is so much better, than lots of showy-offy buttons whose impact can hardly be heard
That's exactly the concept behind CamelSpace and CamelPhat. It was from my own music making that the desire for plugins of this sort came.
I'm so happy that now I'd like to see CSpace develop into a more fully fledged fx unit. How aboutyou?
What do you want to see added? The danger is if we make it too complicated that it could then lose what was good about it in the first place! Having said that, I'm always keen to listen to opinions and will consider them for version 2 (if/when that happens).
Think now - it's winter coming up in Edinburgh so you got to stay indoors anyhow
It is indeed the winter coming, and it does encourage 'coding hibernation'. However, I have certain other coding plans... Also, the winter conincides with big waves, and I'm quite fond of a bit of body boarding :)

Thanks
Ben

first off, awesome plug ben. it's becoming my go to plug when i'm bored with a sound.

one thing i'd like to see is some kind of LED blip running along the gate so you know where in the sequence you are. that would be really helpful.

i'm just a beginner surfer, but this summer was even too flat for me. glad fall and winter is finally here. bring on the swell.

I picked up Phat and Space in the group buy and i must say i,m most impressed.
Loads of potential for far out mangling in addition to subtle movement and timbre change.
Keep up the good work!

Me too.

I really only wanted Space. I have loads of plugins and hardware that mangle and move, I can't resist any of them. I bought Phat, even tho I didn't think I'd use it much. Turns out, tho, Phat is a brilliant plugin. A gem. I've tried a lot of low-end oriented mix plugins, and Phat is now my uncontested first-line plugin for the bottom, which is (for me) just about the hardest part to get right. Honestly, I'd pay $300 for a plugin that was just the 'only sub' (or whatever) preset in bank A with the 'EQ amount' knob and feel like I'd gotten a deal . . .
Grist for the glamour mill.

Amen! Glad you got won over by the Phat! That's exactly how I feel; it's indespensable for rythm/low-end and is like having some secret outboard gear that few others have. I feel sorry for people who don't have it!

well, i could only afford space, but at least i got the magazine-ware diet version of phat... it's 'only' got tube and mech distortion, lowpass with cut and res, plus the compressor - BUT that is already absolutely awesome for me, as even with that I can easily fatten up things. not bad for nearly free.

Yeah - I just picked up that mag, and I was almost mad about it, cos I bought Phat mainly for the Tube Drive and Compressor (seriously, I would've bought it if that's all it was)! But then I realised that a) it doesn't have the Magic EQ b)all the other cool stuff is worth it and c) Ben deserves money for it. :D

Hmmm ... I've got Phat but it's not found it's way into my mixes yet in that mainstream way that CSpace has.

Everytime I use it it seems to change the original tone into something different, or harsher.

Maybe I should try it some more.
