using same values for min and max works !
dont use SMALL wavs ! and small msec values !
were problems on "contiuous" mode but now EVERYTHING must work as it should !

yeah maybe that was it ,i tried max+min @ 250ms(which is 8th of 120bpm),then i think max+min @ 1000ms,neither worked,but min @ 250 and max @ 1000 gave some results.ok, i'll try larger values,will smaller values ever be possible?
oh,and i'll re-download and try the continous again.thanks a lot.

ok,cool. erm, i just re-read the readme,it says don't use short loops. 
which i think might have been the problem.(Where's a sheepish emoticon when you need one?)
so i just got great 250ms slices from a big old song.that's the ticket.
this is a great little tool,dead fast and i bet there's not many mp3/ogg slicers out there.
