Came across this earlier today. Generally, I stick to frohmage for filtering since it sounds excellent and good filters are some of the rarest free plugins IMO.

Anyway, I tried this one out on a drumloop and liked it very much, especially the distortion. The result was less exciting with tonal material, but I'd definitely recommend it for percussive stuff.
