MP3 Player VSTs

Does anyone know if theres any VSTs which you can load mp3 tracks and it will output in stereo? I want something like this to be able to use it in various modular software so i can apply effects in realtime to the music.

Askywhale MP3Play will do the trick. XTAL (a vst DJing plug) can play MP3s as well.

There is also a new plugin by Dash/Nusofting that play .ogg files.
