Absolutely phenomenal. Of coursr anything with TC's name on it usually is. I think I might need to do a song with this. Thanks so much!!

The GUI truly IS a thing of beauty. Very functional. Thanks so much for this VAST improvement in usability!ianweb123 wrote:odo wrote:Don`t tell Ian That i posted this![]()
Still think i can make it a little bit better
Odo
Ta Daa.. The secret is out..
In response to those that felt that the GUI might be a bit too abstract for their liking, we asked Odo (whose work , i feel, is the very best) if he fancied doing an uber-functional version of the GUI..
as you can see he has exceeded our wishes and I am very excited about this alternative GUI.![]()
I'm not sure how far Odo is from finishing but I would expect it to be released within the week..
Many thanks Again to Odo for his work on this, to all the patch makers and especially to Tim Conrardy for the initial concept..

Yeah, sure.rsmus7 wrote:I think it would be good to have different vstID´s because some hosts especially Cubase can handle multiple instances of the same plugin on the hd.
It crashes on startup.
Just Loaded SX with 3 instances of the reFX Claw DLL.
It doesn't crash at all.

you can load many instances once SX is started,
but it doesnt like doubles of the dll in the vst folder,
or is it that what you tried?
I had problems with this a lot o times.
or maybe it is not with every plug, but with some so maybe better to make it secure.

I loaded SX with Claw.dll + Claw2.dll + Claw3.dll, then created 3 MIDI tracks: 1 for Claw, 1 for Claw2 and 1 for Claw3. Transport > Play > ok.
Just tried the same test with Cygnus btw and it's all good.
Nice machine Krakli/TC... thanks!

Holy!
Odo that gui is awesome! Functional and beautiful at the same time. Not retro hardware but futuristic looking to match the sound of Cygnus. An absolute stroke of genius!

I hope I don't upset anyone by using the name CYGNUS
in my piece..well anyway..a tribute to the creators
of the fantastic synth CYGNUS.

Wow, great smart looking synth !
I'd say Cygnus + M42 = alive in Heaven

No need to own hundreds of synths here, only two are enough d(*O*)b

Hello Guys..
I have just uploaded a version of Cygnus with a slight tweak designed to improve the consistency of grabbing the controls, let me know if you think its any better.. I've also increased the brightness of the sequencer note controls as the one on the green background was a little too hard to see..
The zip now contains the 2 and a half banks that were posted seperately previously..
Many thanks for your continued interest in this .. we hope to reward you with the OdO skin version shortly and I will be doing a separate CYGNUS page on the Krakli web as the download options, once the new skin is released, will be a bit too much for my normal database driven pages to cope with
