You guys missed that part from the PDF

Plate 2016 supports sample rates of 44.1, 48, and 96 KHz. It uses
challenge/response copy protection.

and the odd thing is that the press release is date for tomorrw. So maybe tomorrow the demo will be available.

oh, and it sais the following on their website

"If you need to communicate with us by email please understand that we won't be available during those two days. Items mentioned in press releases may not appear on this site until a later time"

Have you tried their Stereo Room VST? If you haven't, you should and then you'll know what this fuzz is all about

BTW guys I was talking to the Princeton Digital guys at AES and the demo will be up in a few days. I also asked if they'd be expanding their native VST line by porting their other products and they said as long as they continued to make money off them they would, and that they probably wouldn't have made the Plate available had the group buy not done so well for the Stereo Room. Moral of the story? Support your plug-in developers.

As nice as this might be, PACE is the kiss of death. This sort of thing just inspires to me support the good vendors who don't try to screw their honest paying customers. The R66 group buy hasn't finished yet.

The PDF said it is going to be a "challenge/response copy protection". Doesn't that exclude PACE?
