Trying to score a film, but cannot open BUP, VOB and IFO.

Anything about MUSIC but doesn't fit into the forums above.

Hey guys,
A friend asked if i could score this short film of his, i said sure. He gave me the dvd, i put it in and try to import video on sonar but it couldn't open these BUP, VOB and IFO files. Can you guys help me out? Is there some converter i can download or something? thanks so much!
