Hey folks, noticed this thread a little late...

All is not lost for those still wanting to 'experience' these tracks in their full hi-res glory. Check out more of the skinny....

A little more on the Bonham tracks

Yeah, these are In Through The Out Door. Number two is Caroselambra.

Those tracks are definitely Bonzo. The last track is the middle of Fool in
the Rain. Looks like soemone got a hold of the multis for the In Through the
Out Door album.

After listening to all 23 tracks, these are sections of Caroulesambra, Ozone
Baby, All My Love, Wearing & Tearing and Fool in the Rain. I really enjoyed
the All My Love sections (14 thru 18) where you can actually hear Bonzo
carrying on a conversation as he drums.

Just a note. These tracks were released on cd in Japan by the Japanese
bootleg label Empress Valley several months ago entitle "Lost Mixes Volume
II".
There were originally 8 tracks of these "new" Bonham tracks and in typical
Japanese bootlegger fashion another disc and a half of previously
released outtakes. This guy sliced and diced the new Bonham tracks into 23
tracks and encoded them to MP3.

They were pretty big news in the Zeppelin trading/collecting community as
they has been unreleased up until that point. Both the complete title and
just the new Boham tracks are available in loseless download on various BT
sites on the web.

I was wondering if anyone still had these and would mind putting them up for dl? I'm salvating...sort of.

I have them somewhere. The guy who put them on rec.audio.pro got fed up with all the questions, challenges to their authenticity, and the sheer volume of the download demand.

Here they are:

For all the attitude that flew on rec.audio.pro *nobody* has ever downloaded these files from my site.

The guy was just grandstanding. I picked them up immediately and have hosted them on my site for months, and so far nobody has even downloded a single one of the files.

My network is having some issues today. It's usually rock solid and super fast, just not today.
