I tried the Stereoplacer and it seems to be a pretty cool fine tuner. How come it's a mono plugin though, in spite of its name? It seems pretty stable for me so far in FL.
I was wondering if you plan to allow the tuning and placing parameters to work fully together including the gain parameter, and make a stereo version, or allow the user to choose between this existing form and a true stereo plugin. Also how much will they cost?

Well, to be honest we;ve been caught a bit off guard here. We weren't really planning to properly public beta these plugins just yet, but I guess the cat's out of the bag now, so let's roll with it
. We've been very pleasantly surprised by the number of downloads already.
We'll have a look at your suggestions and see if we can put them in - we'd kind of hoped that we'd get some discussion going about what sort of functionality was needed by Stereoplacer, so its great to get your ideas.
Our original plan with it was for it to be a plugin for adding stereo widening for specific frequencies in a mono signal (eg- for stereo-izing a mono bongo sample), but if you're seeing a useful extension of it we can have a go at adding it.
Please do keep the feedback coming. We especially want to know about any stability problems people might have under different VST Hosts, OS's, etc.

Hmmm, strange. Seems to work for most people. What browser are you using? Are you using an unusual download manager or something?Rangtangtang wrote: These plugins look tasty, but won't download properly. I get 0 byte files that don't open??
Please could you give it one more try, and if it still doesn't work PM us your email address, or mail us at nugenaudio@lycos.co.uk (mailto:nugenaudio@lycos.co.uk), and we'll try sending it to you as an attachment.
