Ditto - or something very similar. Should have bought a UAD card eons ago.
At present, I use the Kjaerhus GUP1->SX multiband->TLs Pocket Limiter. That's pretty well it...no Eqs or anything - but that's because none of the native Eqs I tried sound that good to use on mastering. I think that may change when I start to use the Pultec and/or Cambridge though
edit: oops, forgot to list Spectralive. Couldn't live without that one.

All Voxengo: Crunchessor -> CurveEQ -> Elephant
Sometimes I replace Crunchessor with VintageWarmer, if I need some dirty coloring. And if I need some ambience, I use Voxengo's Pristine Space Light as the first plug in the chain.

For a free mastering suite I would go with...
The classic series by Kaejarhus.
Then pick up the fish fillet package by digital fishphones.
This is a highly effective (and free) mastering suite!

Can't believe that no one has mentioned Endorphin yet.
Not only does it just kick total ass, not only is it extremely well documented by the developer himself, It is free.
FREE!!!!
