I'm ready to go with George's site whenever we are. His call, I guess. I think I was originally thinking to do it once we had stuff mastered, but perhaps we should go ahead now if he thinks he's ready to take it on.

You're right. I could just copy the structure over, but UTM would still need FTP access for maintenance and I'd just as soon kovacs coordinate that, it's not really my place to hand around logon details.

I think it might be the right time to push with more determination towards the release, we have enough pre-orders to cover all the costs, and the pre-ordering motivation is dying down.
I believe it's really time we up the throttle getting the bios together and the tunes mastered completely. Setting deadlines for the bios, emailing and PMing the bio template to all artists who didn't yet submit theirs with a big note of the deadline included.
Likewise for mastering and the artists signing off on the tracks it might be a good idea to PM and email the artists who's tracks are up giving them a 48 hour timeframe (or if you can PM and mail them informing them that their track will be up at date X, from when on they have 24 hours to listen and sign-off on it).

I believe it's the right moment to switch into high gear mode, work out the deadlines and dates, make the calls to distributor and pressing plant to make the dates with them and coordinate when the CDs go to pressing, how they go to pressing (CD or download of a cd image, highly depedant on the place) and how they get from there to the distributor (usually the pressing plant offers good deals to directly mail the cds to th edistributor).
