I need some kind of freeware (hopefully) midi list editor of the kind found in Cubase. I am using Tracktion and I need to perform some quick changes to notes on various midi files I wish to import. It just seems so much easier to quickly bang in the note numbers and velocity than stuffing' around with a mouse.

Any recommendations?? I would pay for this but not too much!!
