i would probably find bollywood more useful but i would also like to use bhangra. i'm working on a project for a friend of mine and the samples i get are going to determine the direction it goes.

+1 for Swarplug. I believe the soundbanks are DLS files, so Awave can convert them to Soundfonts is you so desire.

IS this for hiphop ? by the time you release it, the trend willl have moved on. Start collecting BAGPIPE samples now and be ahead of the crowd!

I wouldn't trust free Hindi samples. Make sure you have the legal rights to the samples you use. Ask Dj Quik what he things about using Indian samples (he was sued heavily). Some good libaries are Deepest India, Karma Chopra, and Bollywood Dreams I believe.

Actually that might be pretty cool... bagpipes in hiphop... I could be famous.
