I couldn't find anything about not using the sounds but they may be copyright?

click on the name brands, or the links on the right and you will find one shot samples of the cymbals.

There are some nice samples there, including some pattern loops.

But as to copyright, it's hard to say. The samples were apparently created to let you hear their cymbals. But they seem to sound like they were made to use. It's hard to say. So it goes to the purpose they were created, I think. But I couldn't find anything about them being restricted, so it's VERY hard to say. Good find though!

I was hyped when I found this too but the samples are mp3 (128) and not all are one hits.

I think you can use them freely. At least I would let you, if they were mine. Imagine I make a hardware drum and everybody that uses drum samples, use samples of my drums... Free publicity for me and my drums !!!
On the other hand on the Paiste site you can´t download anymore samples; the use the streaming system (I hate :? them for it)... .. .

If they don't say you can use them, you can't.

The only reason I don´t use them is because they don´t sound well enough for me.
BTW every drummer has 1 Meinl cymbal at least, so consider it as a back-up copy for there cymbal.

Now serious : I´m sure nobody will put you in jail for using a bad "plingssshh" of 1,2 sec... .. . :hihi:
