which one is better?

two ugly hi gain tones,one is from digitech GNX2,the other is g.rig,i know both of them are bad ,but tell me which one is better,i'll tell later which tone is g.rig and which is GNX2

I like the first one more, but I can't really say if it's better, just that I liked it better.

The first one suited my loneliness more.
made me think of whales.
especially ones with whaling vessels bearing down on them.

First one sounds better, it's hard to be subjective because the volume levels are inconsistent. The second one sounds a little edgy, first one is a little smoother and more pleasant, if you can call a sound like that pleasant.
