Just wondering if there isn't a free vocal remover somewhere. I was reading what Clone Ensemble Voice trap does but thats nothing new , is it? Or is this the only one that does Vocal isolation? Maybe thats what it is. Should I spend the money for this one or are there other/better one's?

You might like to give Elevayta Extra Boy a try. Even compare it on the same material.

If you want vocal isolation in Extra Boy, just choose the preset that says 'Isolate Vocals (HR)'. The HR stands for high resolution.

Jeez, it was announced two days ago, and people already want a free one. Sheesh.

Hmm, what kind of person uses this kind of plug?? :?

What is it's purpose? To take others mixes and
use them for your own purposes??? :o :-o

Just a thought.

I cant see use for it in my own mixing or mastering??

Sorry, I disagree with you on this one.

Did you hear the examples? ExtraBoy actually sounds BETTER, has been available for some time, and has always been free. Why pay for the exact same effect, but of inferior quality? Doesn't make sense, whether it's $1 or $200.
Nothing to do with what's better or not, me old son. Voice Trap is two days old, and a massive $25. But the OP's emphasis seemed to be on free, not better.

If thats just my cynicism, then mea culpa.

(BTW, technically, Elevayta's is donationware. So wanting a free alternative to that is slightly worse, IMO...)
