KVR Audio

I've heard good things about this plugin, but it doesn't seem to be listed at KVR?

I've read eg that it's by Steinberg, it's free, yet I can't find it for download anywhere (not Steinberg site either for example)..

Anyone know where to track this one down?

I believe Steinberg keep their "retired" plug ins on their ftp server for free download.

Do a forum search, someone posted a link recently.

It does seem pretty good actually. Although if you're looking for vinyl crackle, you'd be better off going for the (also pro gratis) Izotope vinyl plugin.

Unfortunately the link to grungelizer that was posted recently was to an image of the interface only -- the steinberg ftp server sounds like a goldmine, does anyone know the address...? i'll search for it when I get home.

Wonder why Grungelizer's not listed on KVR though? KVR being the wiki of vsts that it is.

Thank you safeaim for helping out the Googly-challenged.

Strangely, several of the old Steinberg freeware plugins aren's available any more from the ftp site, which is: ftp://ftp.steinberg.net .
