Do you just want to keep the vsti on top? If so, open the gui and click on the lock button.

Which G-Force? I use ImpOscar and MiniMonsta with T2 and both stay on top fine.

FL studio team is currently finishing the last touches for "Chrome" which is basically a 2D 3D visualization plugin that you can automate directly from the sequencer.

Lower left corner of Tracktion, go to Options.
Uncheck the "stop all playback when application is minimized"
