Well, i'm using Voxengo SPAN, but i need really good zoom for the high freqs of course.

SPAN offers you 500 Hz - 20kHz (and up) zoom. With 2048 points analysis there's simply no more precise data to display at that zoom level. And if you consider using 1/6 octave analysis (that's the most usable resolution usually) you do not even need to zoom in.

Aleksey thank you for the answer, but i need to now the exact freq of some harmonics in the high register, which is impossible (because of my eyes, not your program) with SPAN.
