What's affordable then? Pluggo? There's a few different ones in there. Does Pluggo Jr have a delay? Let's look!

Pluggo Jr. comes with a feedback network. It can be set as a simple delay, though.
Let me look some more... there's gotta be more.
Oh, Pluggo jr is free.

You know what? I'm not sure if there's a RTAS version included with Pluggo Jr.CrownRoyal wrote:No problem.Mr. Tunes wrote:i'm a pc guy. thanks

How about using Bidule via Rewire? That opens up VST to you. I've done that before.

hey mr tunes
My suggestion would probably be to check out the fxpansion VST -> RTAS adapter http://www.fxpansion.com/product-rtasadapter-main.php. It is a little pricey (100 $) but it opens up an entirely new world of effects and there are so many free top notch VST effects including delay and convolution reverb.
Just a little thought

thanks soundpalace. it's times like these when i love the VST world and realize why KVR as an organization doesnt formally support RTAS compared to VST, DX and AU
they make it very hard for earnest developers to make things like a cheap delay. the digirack really doesnt cut it. maybe on my v7 upgrade something great will happen? cheers

hopefully the v7 upgrade will bring something of value buddy
I used to use protools for a short while with an mbox and have switched to cubase SL with a echo layla3g and must say I definitely prefer where I am now
Admittedly, Cubase doesn't have a decent delay either, but VST really does help a lot. The advantage you have is access to things like Bomb Factory and several other high quality effects that arent available in VST.

well in a program like cubase you'd have sooo many delay options it's insane. i'm standing by for PT 7 definitely.
