Squids
Apologies if you have already replied to ths kind of question but:
For those of us that purchased STXL from Esoundz this year, do we have to contact you guys or will the upgrade be sent out automatically.
Mine was shipped very early January around the same time the new upgrade was announced. You kindly stated in an earlier forum message that esounds customers would receive the upgrade direct.

I am not sure yet. We'll probably inform everyone who bought it from us and then there may be a request form at that time or we might just send it out. I will let you know though. ST2.1 is in beta now and should be available very soon. It rocks btw!DaveElson wrote:Squids

Squids, if you send it automatically, the people who've moved since they made thier last esoundz order will complain that they didn't get thier upgrade. I'm sure you've thought of that, though.

I have moved, but my latest order has the current adress. So, the developer needs to take the adress of the most recent order to get the highest possible rate for correct adresses.harmony gardens wrote:Squids, if you send it automatically, the people who've moved since they made thier last esoundz order will complain that they didn't get thier upgrade. maybe it's not optimised for mac very well then?
i mean just playing back samples (no stretch funny business going on) shouldn't take up so much cpu should it? EXS24 is much more efficient, and in my most of the stock logic pro 7 EXS24 sounds are better than the 2.0x sounds, and more efficient
i'm looking forward to the 2.1 soundset, i hope they are an improvement. hopefully they are up to kontakt 2 standard.

Ok, so that is why we would do a form. Also, you should update your account info at www.esoundz.com with your latest address so you don't miss stuff we DO send out automatically on occassion and will do so more in the future.telebunke wrote:I have moved, but my latest order has the current adress. I don't see a place where you can edit adress info in the account info.Squids wrote:Also, you should update your account info at www.esoundz.com with your latest address so you don't miss stuff we DO send out automatically on occassion and will do so more in the future.
