Thing is though that if the plugins were already released the members’ only access to tutorials would be understandable but if something is not released then by limiting its exposure you limit the potential spread of the message. But that’s only my opinion regardless JMC my greatest respect for offering such professionalism in a product that so much reminds my demo days in the aesthetics department.

I have the XXL, but i never use it stsndalone,Mostly
becausei had to learn it, so these Tutorials could be very usefull to me but i can´t see squat, like someweird zooming is going on pointing to a button or parameteron FLS, it seems kind of a bad taste joke.

I also didn´t like to know here that Image Line tracks their users over the Net, i was alerted before
but i thougth that this so stupid i couldn´t believe it.

Gimmie a dongle any day of the week.

Well, I for one think the interface is PERFECT. To each his own, I guess.

Yeah, this definitely is stupid. What is the reason for doing it?

No thank you. I'd prefer something like Live's copy protection mechanism.

Hi stag, drop me an email if you have any particular questions I can make an avi tut real fast, but you need to be able to recieve large files by email...but I've done it before, I'll do it again, no problem...:D
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

Thank you Hink, yesterday i downloaded the entire tutorials and i believe the shape of my monitor migth be the problem, the files don´t adapt well or something, i´ll try later on my desktop to watch it.
WMP only let me see them properly in skin mode wich leave me with a really tiny image.

I´m a SX user, i like it a lot but i think somehow the future belongs to Image Line i hope that FLS 6 prove me rigth.

oh Sytrus is awesome.

Thanks for your trouble. :)

What are you talking about? IL nor FL Studio 'tracks' users. The web-site requres registration if that's what you mean?

Carb.

What he meant was that the software 'calls home' or something. I have read it at many places too.

Well, it doesn't.

Unlike Macromedia products such as Flash & Dreamweaver, FL definitely doesn't "call home".

Hello:

I read it before too, sincerilly i don´t have many concern with my privacy,i got nothing to hide, but with privacy as a principle i have.

I don´t think this is developers adopting the crackers attitude of goals justifying the means but backwards, crackers broke the law too bring the goodies to the masses, at expense of the work of others. Some developers seem to spy on people to protect their work... well cracked FLS users you are lucky your PC doesn´t get busted and wiped, but legal users better not know about this.

Bye.

See ya,

We used to have 'LiveLoop' in FL which was used to upload projects to our server.

The FTP functions used caused some virus checkers to mark FL as a trojan.

This is why it was removed in FL5 last year.

Thanks for the reply, jmc. Just asking, FL Studio does not communicate with IL servers in any way now? What were you talking about when you said that you get hundreds of thousands of hits from warez users each year? Again, not being an ass, just asking. :)

Anybody knowz if there is going to be a new plugin manager for FL6? I have tons of freeware stuff and the FL plugins manager, which shows all of them uncategorized, is a pain and keeps me away from using this great program because its killing productivity.
