Any good Vocal Harmony VST plugs out there?

I miss my Helicon Voiceworks but I would rather do all my editing in software due to flexibility. The only one I seemed to find really aimed at vocal harmonies is that Clone Ensemble plugin, but the demo is really limited so I havn't really figured out if it would work for me.

Any suggestions, beside buying back the voiceworks.
