Define "Latin"....

Do you mean "Latin" as in Gregorian chants and/or traditional church music or 'Latin American' as in Brazilian/South American music?

Either way, there is no end of commercially available sound library out there to satisfy either requirement.

Try Bela-D Media or Spectrasonics ... others as well I can't think of right now ... (or a Google).
