Batch Convert Wave to ac3?

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good program that can batch convert wave mixdowns to ac3 files? We don't have a good solution here at work and it's driving me nuts! I'm using a cheesy freeware app right now, and need something much better.
We have Nuendo 3, and I thought it shipped with ac3 encoding, but I guess they want to milk some more cash from engineers. I don't know if Nuendo's Batch Processing would cover it either.
Thanks in advance.

This project is on a short deadline and the video guys keep sending me new edits. There must be something, and I'm going through Shareware like crazy over here...nothing.

Ok there are several options.
1. DVDlab PRO using the TMPGEnc AC-3 plugin
http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/dvdlabpro.html
http://www.pegasys-inc.com/en/product/tsp_ac3.html
DVDLab has a partnership with TMPGEnc so I would presume you could purchase the two for one price.
2. Steinberg Dolby AC3 Encoder
How much?? OMFG <faint>
3. AC3/MP2/MP3/WAV -> AC3 using BeSweet
