Ok, so that is why we would do a form. Also, you should update your account info at www.esoundz.com with your latest address so you don't miss stuff we DO send out automatically on occassion and will do so more in the future.

Hi Squids, just a request to please do a form, as when I got the Sonik Tank bundle I was at a different place of work. I can't seem to see a place to change address info, if there is one can you please draw me a picture?

(BTW, I love ST/SS2 and I can't wait for the update

That would mean it is delayed 11 months, that's reasonable I guess.

My concern is that this thing is buggy. Why would they announce something so many times and not release it?

It's coming. As for as speculation on it being "buggy" that'd be incorrect. It is less so than ever before so... remember I do have it in my possession so it is not a guess for me. I think the software part of the upgrade (the free part) will be going on line any day now from what I've been hearing. The sound set that SR participated in along with IK is going to come not long after that.

Can you clarify one thing for me?

I bought a copy of Sampletank 2L (notXL) in April this year. Sampletank's press release is very confusing. What am I entitled to?

Just the software upgrade? or the DVDs full of new samples?

Did you buy it from esoundz? If so then I can stand behind it myself. But, in general, I think you qualify just for the software part of the upgrade. I believe it was XL users who bought it this year that qualify for the DVDs. But, we can upgrade anyone from L to XL and make it possible. That has to be done by emailing sales@esoundz.com I suggest waiting a few days though.

Well, I confirmed that the software upgrade (the free for all ST2 full users) is going to be going up this week. Don't hold me to that but this is what I've heard. Should be the case. Let's see. Just trying to keep you guys informed as best I can.

Here comes double the outputs, syncable lfos, new Stretch, PS/TS and resampling plus a lot of other cool stuff all for FREE if you are a registered ST2 full user! Nice...

By the way, it is new so don't uninstall ST2 for compatibility with your previous songs. You can keep both because they have different plug-in IDs. I have had both and no problems. Have fun!

Wow, scroll-wheel support makes the world of difference now. Though one thing i've noticed is that making a preset in 2.1 (i used the Stand-Alone edition), then using it in 2.0 completely crashes my host (Cubase SL 3).

While obvious there is little reason to use 2.0 now, the fact that it terminated Cubase in such an abrupt manor is quite disconcerting, though the only example I can think of if someone is continuing to use 2.0 in a project and accidently uses a new 2.1 preset, it could wipeout their work in a second.

Maybe a workaround in the next update, where it might just give an error message or just shutdown Sampletank instead of the host. BTW, the LFO sync is great too.
