Sound Forge question - ignore (answered)

Got a problem that should have an easy solution, but I can't figure it out

So I open a wav file, and then process it with, say, a multiband processor. I then want to save the effected file, but can't seem to get it to work (only the unaffected file gets saved).

Aaah, so this has been bugging me for months, and just now I find the little icon that says "process chain". Sorry to waste your bandwidth; I'm going to stand in the corner

Are you perhaps working on a read-only file?
Try 'Save as...'
