Is there a pitch bend effect?

I dont have a midi controller/keyboard. I've been having trouble automating pitch bend in SampleTank. I downloaded Jackle&Hyde Transponator, that can automate and everything but it doesnt really "bend" it just likes changes the pitch and the GUI is annoying.

My question is, is there a plugin or effect that can make it seem like Im bending the pitch down.

The term "pitch bend effect" is confusing blend of terms. "Pitch bend" is a midi data signal, while "effect" refers to the modification of an audio signal.

Anyway, assuming you want an "effect" there is a decent pitch shifter called PVTRANSP here as part of the Spectral Plugins bundle.

I just finished a downward pitch bend thing in one of my tunes, courtesy of TapeStop. It's a tad fiddly since apparently it can't be triggered with notes, but that's what the automation is there for.
