Nope, but I know Izotope is running a bundle deal right now on their 3 products, so it all kind of makes sense.

I demoed Trash and thought it was excellent. Curious as to what they've added to it though - it seemed to have the distortion front pretty much covered. More of the same would do, I guess.

)I find it a bit strange that izotope dont seem to have any thing about it on there website and yet fm are reviewing it this month.

I feel that old, familiar "I wonder what the upgrade price will be" feeling coming on...
Here is my small version:

I'm like you in that I have used trash (and ozone) for a long time. I also was a little miffed to have to pay for the vst version, so I stuck with the DX only. Since I have recently been using Live 5 almost exclusively, I finally broke down and upgraded both trash and ozone about 3 weeks ago.griffin wrote:MMmmm i've been a trash user right from the off,in fact im still running the dx version of it, i wanted to update to the vst version but but was a bit pissed at having to pay (tightwad)
If there is a new version of trash which encompasses vst, I am going to be pissed having just wasted the upgrade which I was angry about already.

I'd imagine dx users would still have to pay for the vst+upgrade price where as vst user's will only have to pay for the upgrade so you would'nt be losing out.

Yeah, maybe. But more and more developers are releasing plug-ins that are platform and host independant, so I was thinking that maybe Izotope would be releasing a single offering that encompassed everything.griffin wrote:I'd imagine dx users would still have to pay for the vst+upgrade price where as vst user's will only have to pay for the upgrade so you would'nt be losing out.
We will see.

Support for midi CCs to be able to tweak parameters from external hardware is on my wishlist too.
