surely it'd be better to just solo the track and do file > export like you would with any other type of track in cubase?
Sounds easier to me, thanks for enlightening us. I use energy XT, and in that host freezing works better than exporting (last time I checked anyway, energy XT is constantly evolving).

any host has possibilities to bounce or freeze, so i think a wav export is a very low priority FR at least for me.. just keep in mind that LS is a VSTi and not standalone, so why implement functions which are already provided by the host? ;)

i'm not saying that to smash off this FR (i can't anyway coz i'm not the dev ;)), but it's good that jacob concentrates on the most useful and unique features first which make LS so cool. :)

have you guys tried reimporting a track into liveslice and slice it again? Just tried that - fabulous. The reimported track matches the project tempo and you can have several hits pr. slice - makes randomizing more fun because you can "configure" it with the slices.
(I guess this is a very old drum'n'bass trick, but hey - I never did drum'n'bass :)
