I cannot seem to use the effects from Sampletank2 XL in Sampletqank2.x (v2.15J31), our newest.
Am I missing something?
Not surprisingly, all my presets dont work either?
Not a serious problem but am I correct?

The combi presets not being seen is something that is being altered so it is possible. I think the effect patches as well.
