Hey, I've been making layered combi after layered combi, not because I actually find them useful in a compositional context, but because they're fun to play with and are good practice for setting up actual ensembles to use in real compositions - anyway, I've been improving a lot, and I think this one that I made just a few days ago could be a lot of fun for other people to play with, as well.

I just really love the bold sound, and it responds really well on the attack - really nice low end, too. And it also has a pretty good velocity response - I think it works well for noodling around, playing the Imperial March, etc

Also, it responds pretty well to mod-wheel... that's just a coincidence, since I don't ever use the mod-wheel (mine's spring-loaded, so it's kind of useless for this), but it has more of a stringy, less bold character with low mod wheel and more of a forceful character if you turn up the mod wheel.
