I saw Revenge of the Thingy on DVD about a week ago (God it was crap!) but I can't remember any of the music from it. Maybe he's running out of ideas!
dont forget that a lot of the music in ROTS will have been twists on the original music from other films with the same characters
as an example lukes and anakins themes were often very similar and obviously as anakin became older and darker his theme was more vader oriented,so as for being memorable its because you already have the tunes in your mind.
anyway duel of fates from phantom menace is enough to keep him in my top ten for a few years to come
taxi driver is a score i revisit often too,a lot of tension in the sounds if you close your eyes you get scenes from the film
halloween soundtrack is a cool one too,as are many of caroenters scores as has already been said.
